This summer school addresses a broad range of problems in neutrino physics that should interest members of the nuclear physics, particle physics, and astrophysics communities. The lectures will range from an elementary introduction to the properties of neutrinos to more advanced topics in neutrino physics and astrophysics. These lectures, which are geared towards both experimentalists and theorists, will take place at the Feza Gursey Institute in Istanbul, Turkey. The lecturers include

A tentative program of lectures can be found here . This summer school is supported in part by Sevinc and Erdal Inonu Foundation and in part by the Turkish Scientific and Technical Research Council.
